This company did an excellent job on my roof & we’re very efficient!

I had an excellent experience with Wildwood Roofing. William was great to work with start to finish. I was pleased with the finish product and the follow up after the completion of the project.

I chose Wildwood because they had the lowest bid and I was impressed with their webpage, reviews, and prior jobs they show on their website. During the job, they found cedar roofing that was under the old shingles. It cost me an extra to get them removed and it took an extra 2 days over what they stated. Overall, I am happy with the job. My house looks great and had no leaks that I am aware of. After a week after my roof was completed, some of my siding came off where it met the shingles, but they came out and fixed it for me. Some people may care about wanting to have American workers to get the job. The roofers that came to my house, didn’t speak english, played spanish music while working, and most likely from South America. It didn’t bother me, but some people may want to pay for American workers.

I incurred wind and hail damage to the roof and siding on my house. I used Wildwood Roofing at the recommendation of my insurance agent.Wildwood did a phenomenal job from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier.I am a very particular person. There is not a single imperfection in the finished product. My house, including all the little details that matter, looks stunning. The crew was friendly, kept a clean and quiet job site, and it was apparent they take pride in doing outstanding work. Milton was the installation crew leader and Kevin oversaw the installation. Again, I can’t point out how committed this team was to ensuring exceptional work.We ran into a little issue during the project. The issue had to do with my personal preferences and material selections my issues, not insurance or the contractor. Jay, the Operations Manager from Wildwood Roofing, personally showed up at my house, provided some new options for me, and found a cost-effective way for us to get exactly the finished product that we wanted. We couldn’t be happier with the extra attention and service we received in response to us changing our mind mid-project.It was exceptionally easy working with Wildwood. My primary contact in the office for billing was Ryan. Ryan was always immediately responsive and very helpful.Without any reservation, I highly recommend Wildwood Roofing. It’s apparent they take pride in performing exceptional work and the entirety of their organization is customer focused, service oriented, and highly responsive.

Elliot is very professional and timely when working with his customers. His team moves quickly and is very professional also. They are quick to answer any questions you have.

Wildwood Roofing did an amazing job on my new roof. I had some storm damage and they were able to get me in to tarp my roof to stop water from coming into my living room on a day that everyone was trying to do the same thing. They were so supportive and gracious about it and made me feel at ease through all the turmoil. The replacement of the roof process was just as easy and they were so efficient. Roof looks amazing. They did a fantastic clean up job. I would highly recommend them and if/when I need any roofing needs, they will be the team I call. Very professional and courteous.
