The St. Louis Surgical Center is an outpatient surgical center, offering optimal care to all patients who walk through their doors. Since their goal is to promote the overall health of their patients, when their EPDM roofing membrane started to leak, they wanted it repaired quickly and effectively. Upon inspection, we saw that the source of the leaks was improper drainage, unsupported flashing and holes throughout the system. First, we repaired the scupper with a lap sealant. Then we turned our attention to the holes in the flashing, sealing them completely. Finally, we cleaned the drains and extended the HVAC condensation lines.
