Then we laid the new, premium architectural shingles which were chosen for looks as well as effectiveness. The diverse nature and steep slope of this roof had its challenges, but our experienced team was able to deliver quality results. Overall a good experience, not complete yet but we’ll finish up soon.Kyle, the initial contact was great. He took care of managing the project and my insurance very well.The installation was ok. They tripped the power when I wasn’t home so that stalled the project.The install caused a leak but I’m sure that happens. They came out the next day to correct the leak.When i say not complete is because I’m waiting for a followup to repair the damaged ceiling.
