From the start Wildwood Roofing was quick to respond, they called back the day of my request even with all of the hail storms that destroyed Jefferson County. Appointment date comes and we meet Michael Painter, Mike did nothing but impress from the start. I had never needed to make an insurance claim and Mike made the whole process easy. Mike was step for step with our adjuster to ensure nothing went overlooked. Mike went above and beyond during this whole process. It took several weeks for our house to be repaired with the amount of homes damaged and Mike updated me regularly and even caught a couple things the adjuster missed on the bid.
