Wildwood Roofing did an amazing job on my new roof. I had some storm damage and they were able to get me in to tarp my roof to stop water from coming into my living room on a day that everyone was trying to do the same thing. They were so supportive and gracious about it and made me feel at ease through all the turmoil. The replacement of the roof process was just as easy and they were so efficient. Roof looks amazing. They did a fantastic clean up job. I would highly recommend them and if/when I need any roofing needs, they will be the team I call. Very professional and courteous.

From the start Wildwood Roofing was quick to respond, they called back the day of my request even with all of the hail storms that destroyed Jefferson County. Appointment date comes and we meet Michael Painter, Mike did nothing but impress from the start. I had never needed to make an insurance claim and Mike made the whole process easy. Mike was step for step with our adjuster to ensure nothing went overlooked. Mike went above and beyond during this whole process. It took several weeks for our house to be repaired with the amount of homes damaged and Mike updated me regularly and even caught a couple things the adjuster missed on the bid. After the hail storm back in April of 2023, we needed to hire a roofing company. Immediately following the storm, there were lots of people knocking daily on our door from various roofing companies I never heard of. I went with my instinct and called a reputable company that I heard of and was referred to, which was Wildwood Roofing & Construction. Doug Lake from their company showed up as promised, assessed everything and prepared a proposal that included the repairs needed and suggestions. He then went over it with me and my wife, was very honest about what he would do and helped us choose the best look, quality and durability. We are SO GLAD we hired them. The roof was installed and the installers took extra precautions to protect our windows, deck and driveway. They also cleaned everything up that day and came back the next to check it again and do a follow up call. Doug also sealed up a light for me that had nothing to do with the roof, but it was concerning me, so he fixed that too. Doug handled everything with the insurance company and kept me informed of the process. Great company, very professional and caring about the customers property. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM to anyone needing their roof replaced.
