Payless Shoes in Fenton gave us a call after their old EPDM membrane reached the end of its service life. First, we removed the old flat roofing system. Then we installed ISO board insulation to increase the thermal resistance and energy efficiency of the new roofing system. We then mechanically fastened a 60 mil TPO membraned, one of the best flat roofing materials available on the market today.
