Autumn View Gardens is a senior living community with locations in Ellisville and Creve Coeur. With a focus on community and the health of their residents, they wanted to add some light to the space during their new roof installation. We worked with the facility to customize Velux skylights to meet their needs. Before installing their new roof, we removed their outdated 30-year architectural shingles. Then, with care, we laid new Class 4 impact resistant 40-year architectural shingles. The Autumn View Gardens community is now better lit and better protected against the elements.
