Autumn View Gardens is a senior living community with locations in Ellisville and Creve Coeur. With a focus on community and the health of their residents, they wanted to add some light to the space during their new roof installation. We worked with the facility to customize Velux skylights to meet their needs. Before installing their new roof, we removed their outdated 30-year architectural shingles. Then, with care, we laid new Class 4 impact resistant 40-year architectural shingles. The Autumn View Gardens community is now better lit and better protected against the elements.

The sometimes-dreadful thoughts one might have when needing a new roof, along with getting quotes, dealing with insurance adjusters and claims, and the inconvenience during construction, can be a daunting experience; however, this couldn’t have been further from what our experience was with our recent new roof and gutter replacement by Wildwood Roofing and Construction.We were referred to Elliot Emann of Wildwood Roofing and Construction when our home had hail damage.
