I had a new roof put on by Wildwood and they were great throughout the entire process sans a minor hiccup with processing payments online (that said, they at least have a means to accept it, which is more than I can say for some other contractors). Luke was our project manager, and he was very present throughout the entire process. He showed up for the insurance adjuster inspection, drove out on short notice to climb onto the roof and spray sealant on a leak as a stopgap, and was here during the entire installation.I live in south city in one of those cookie-cutter, gingerbread sorta houses, and it took the crew less than 6 hours to completely strip and install a new roof on my house. It was kind of incredible honestly. The crew cleaned up well after themselves, and the best part was my installation date was moved up ~5 weeks from the initial estimate due to some found time on the schedule.I’ll be recommending these guys moving forward, though a note: you should really get your online payment system fixed and to the point where you’re not charging a surcharge for card payments. It’s 2023, it’s time. Everything else was perfect though, and that’s not enough to dock a star off the rating since it was at least an option to begin with.
